Millennium Herbal Care is a result of Mr. Gandhi’s passion for natural remedies and proven expertise in research, innovation, manufacturing, and marketing of health products. He envisions the company’s overall business objectives and directs all Research & Development activities.

Deepak Mehra

With over 40 years in successfully marketing and heading operations in domestic and international markets for multi-national and some of the largest Indian pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Mehra heads the exports and international operations for the company, managing marketing and sales to over 20 countries.

Sudipta Kumar Patra

Asst. General Manager (Production Planning & Outsourcing)

A result-driven team leader with almost 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic product manufacturing and planning, Mr. Patra assesses the short and long-term goals of the company and decides ways to accomplish them. He is responsible for overall manufacturing processes across 8 partner facilities, ensuring raw material and finished product quality norms are adhered to as per the company’s specifications. He also provides strategic recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, and internal business process improvements.

Jaywant Patole

A result-oriented professional offering nearly 27 years of a successful career with diverse roles distinguished by commended performance in steering finance, accounts finalization, audits, taxation, assessments & strategic planning, Mr. Patole responsibly leads his team for timely accounting, statutory compliance, and servicing the financial needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Vasavdatta (Vasu) Gandhi (A.Sc., USA)

Director

Vasu is a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), USA, and holds multiple diplomas in Ayurvedic sciences. She has over twenty years of experience across women’s fashion to Ayurvedic beauty and personal care products under the brand SOVA and lends insights into new product development, especially for women. Vasu also heads the Internal Committee for Sexual Harassment at the company.

Chintan Gandhi (B.Sc., USA)

Managing Director

With over 24 years of experience in the natural health, wellness, pharmaceutical, clinical trial, and infrastructure sectors, Chintan looks after the overall management of the company, including HRD, IT, commercial, and financial operations. He spearheads the marketing of the direct-to-consumer and CRAMS businesses while strategically participating in both the domestic ethical and international businesses.

Arvind Kumar (B.Sc. Chemistry {H})

Arvind Kumar holds a Bechlor of Science Degree from Ranchi University and an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. With over 21 years of vast experience in companies like Abbott, Alkem, Schwabe, Troikaa, Cadila & Nirma heading key positions in  Sales & Marketing as a business development professional, Mr Arvind has successfully formulated and implemented strategies that have led to significant revenue milestones. He is responsible for driving domestic sales and overseeing the marketing functions of Millennium Lyf Sciences. His extensive experience and strategic mind-set provide valuable insights that align with our growth objectives.
